Gerber & Elkins is pleased to announce that a new attorney, Jacob Berry, has joined our team!
Born in Jackson, Mississippi, Jacob earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi before moving to Atlanta in 2017 to attend Georgia State University College of Law. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2020 and has since dedicated his career to workers’ compensation law.
Early in his career, Jacob represented employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation cases. That experience gave him a valuable insider’s perspective on how claims are evaluated, challenged, and resolved. Today, he puts that knowledge to work exclusively for injured workers, fighting to protect their rights and ensure they receive the full benefits they deserve.
Jacob is an active member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Georgia Bar. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys reading, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends.
We are excited to have Jacob join Gerber & Elkins and know he will be an outstanding advocate for injured workers throughout Georgia.
