Natalie dedicates her career to the field of workers’ compensation. She exclusively represents injured workers in Georgia. Prior to joining Gerber & Elkins in 2018, Natalie represented employers and insurers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She uses that experience to navigate the workers’ compensation system effectively for her clients.
While my clients share the experience of suffering a work injury, I recognize their cases involve distinct challenges. My goal is to achieve the best outcome for each client, taking into account the severity of their injuries, the parameters of Georgia’s workers’ compensation laws, and whether settlement or trial is their better option.
Since joining Gerber & Elkins in spring of 2018, Natalie has recovered settlements for over 600 clients.
She adds, “While recovering a strong settlement for a client is often the optimal outcome, I am particularly proud of the victories I have obtained for my clients before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. My proudest career moments are the courtroom victories I have achieved for clients whose claims were wrongfully denied.”
